This place is located in a central area close to all the main attractions. Rewritten: The hotel is located right in the middle of everything you'd want to visit in the area.

Great location for hiking trails 🚶‍♂️ and close to all the attractions of the town, including the theater by the lake. Delicious breakfast with local ingredients.

Great location close to local restaurants and Cat Bells hiking trail. An easy walk to Hope Park. The vegetarian breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from. 🌟

The location was particularly good and fantastic. Derwent Pencil Museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Brierholme Guest House is a comfortable and nicely appointed place in a very central location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast features delicious local ingredients. The guest house is really close to the main shopping area 

Easy parking, friendly service. The location was awesome, close to the center, main shops, cool restaurants, and pubs. 🚗

Particularly good and fantastic location to the best walking trails and easy access to a shopping area and a little market. Delicious vegetarian breakfast with local ingredients, catered for everyone.  

The room here is modern and stylish, with a really comfortable bed and pillows.

This place is conveniently located in the center of the city and offers beautiful rooms, great bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was lovely and outstanding, made with local ingredients. The room was immaculate and bright, with a great view.The location was amazing, within a 10-15 minute walking distance from Derwent Pencil Museum. 

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this guest house. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on where to eat and what attractions to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved 

The location of Brierholme Guest House is excellent, with easy access to Catbells, the lake, and the theatre by the lake. The units offer lovely views of Latrigg. The inclusion of an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in the bedroom adds convenience to the 

Stunning very central location and delicious and marvellous breakfast. High quality food for dinner and breakfast. Great staff throughout.

I stayed in a lovely double room that had a great view.
